PT6A Fuel Nozzles / Bleed Valves
Prime Turbines offers several pricing options for fuel nozzle and bleed valve exchange and overhaul. We give you the freedom to choose which options best meets your needs for repair and replacement of these key components.
Fuel Nozzle Flat-Rate Labor*
We offer a thorough process of inspection and certification when you send your fuel nozzles to Prime Turbines. Your nozzles will be cleaned and flow-checked, and damaged parts or nozzles will be replaced. The nozzles are leak-checked and spray-checked again. We offer same day turn time upon request.
Fuel Nozzle Flat-Rate Exchange Fee*
You may choose to order our exchange kit, which includes a complete set of recertified nozzles for specific PT6A models. We offer same-day shipping, in specially designed boxes to ensure safe arrival. Upon receipt of your exchange kit, simply send your old nozzles back to us in the same container. * Our labor rate or exchange fee is flat-rated, parts required to recertify your nozzle set will be an additional charge.
Bleed Valve Flat-Rate Exchange*
We will exchange your bleed valve for one of our overhauled bleed valves. Eligible engine models include:
- PT6A-6, 6A, 20, 20A, 20B
- PT6A-21, 27, 28, 34, 34AG, 34B, 114, 114A, 116, 135, 135A, 25, 25A, 11, 11AG, 15AG, 110, 112, 121
- PT6A-41, 42, 42A, 42AG, 45A, 45B, 45R, 50
- PT6A-60A, 60AG, 61, 64
- PT6A-65B, 65R, 65AR, 65AG, 67, 67A, 67AF, 67AG, 67B, 67D, 67T

* Excludes piston and housing if scrapped. Does not include replacement of primary components or certain S/B compliance. Core needs to be the same part number bleed valve ordered or additional charges may apply.

We will overhaul your bleed valve for a flat-rate. Eligible engine models include:
